→ LEARNINGS

• My work experience has led me to develop facilitation skills both online and offline – often including a touch of play. I am skilled at crafting participants’ experiences and at bringing out their best collaborative attitude.
• I’ve learned how to go beyond the limitations of the online experience and push the boundaries of what digital tools have to offer. I am particularly skilled at utilising Miro and Butter to plan workshops that are hands-on, playful and insightful for the participants.
• Through facilitating workshops, I’ve learned the importance of being empathetic, iterative, dynamic, and to adapt to the participant’s needs.
• I’ve honed my co-creational skills by using facilitation as a tool for data collection and insight generation.
• I’m skilled at working with different target groups with a different proficiency of digital tools.
